We will do our very best to achieve the estimated delivery times but please note that after dispatch it may be subject customs or courier delays. 

Orders made on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed on the following working day.

Taxes & Duties 
If you are shipping your order outside of the United Kingdom, the UK VAT will be discounted at the checkout and instead you will be responsible for paying the additional duties and taxes applicable to your country by the carrier when the goods arrive in your country.  Please note that these charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns Policy

Isla asks that we do everything we can to cut down on waste and look after the environment.  Cutting down on returns is important to help achieve this, so we ask you to review our 'find your size' page and follow our detailed guidance on sizing, to help you buy the right jumper first time.  We thank you for doing this, it really does help cut down on returns.

If you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to provide a refund with 14 days of receipt.  Items should be in new, unused condition with all packaging and tags still attached.  Returns that do not meet this policy will be sent back.  Please note that when your parcel arrives at our warehouse, it can take up to 10 days for you to receive your refund.

UNITED KINGDOM RETURNS

Please contact hello@andisla.co.uk with your order number and details of what you would like to return and then send the return item to: &Isla Returns, Bowden House, Long Lane, Bursledon, SO31 8DA.  We recommend you gain proof of postage for your return item, as we can't be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.  If we facilitate your return, we will deduct the return cost from your refund.

US RETURNS

It is the customer's responsibility to organise and pay for delivery of return items, but we can offer a US address to use.  Our returns address is: &Isla Returns, 40 Shawmut Road, Canton, MA02021.  We recommend you gain proof of postage for your return item, as we can't be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.  If we facilitate your return, we will deduct the return cost from your refund.
